Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with simple instructions for sending your piece back. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.


Damages & Order Concerns

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected, please notify us promptly so our team can assist.


Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different piece, the quickest method is to complete a return and place a new order once the original item has been accepted.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank or card provider may require additional time.


Repairs

Shadow & Lux pieces are designed to last, and we’re pleased to offer a refined repair service.

Complimentary repairs are available for eligible hardware concerns (clasps, chains, jump rings, etc.). Because natural gemstones each have their own unique characteristics, stone-related repairs are evaluated individually.

A $5 insured return-shipping fee applies to all completed repairs.
